In this workshop, you will learn to use basic reflexology techniques on the feet to help clear energy blockages and balance the body. These techniques can be used to lower stress levels, reduce headaches/migraines, fatigue and digestive disorders.
As a part of the course, you are required to receive and perform reflexology moves on the feet. You will learn and perform an introductory routine which will include how to warm up the feet, reflexology and massage techniques.
