This course offers the opportunity to explore questions such as these providing an overview of the fundamentals of Criminology. The way we respond to crime in terms of prosecution and punishment is also looked at along with an overview of the Criminal Justice System. Relevant and topical examples are presented offering the learners the opportunity to engage in class analysis.
