Overview

During this course you will consolidate your skills in seam work and shaping, as well as learn about the different structure and properties of various dressmaking fabrics. Each week you will take part in a mini ‘Sewing Bee Challenge’ to learn professional tips, tricks and shortcuts for a range of dressmaking skills. 

Equipment Info

You may wish to use your own fabric and bring your own sewing resources to the course (i.e. your own shears etc). 

Entry Requirements

Basic sewing skills and how to use a sewing machine are essential. This course is suitable for intermediate level learners who wish to improve.
