Overview

Functional Skills Assessments

Assessments can be taken at different points in the year and you can re-sit assessments up to a maximum of 3 times in an academic year. For English there are 3 exams for each level: Reading, Writing and Speaking and Listening. You will complete mock assessments in each exam before being entered for the final examination.

Expectations of the course

Be committed to learning and making progress
Be able to commit to a least 1hour work outside of class and to catch up with any work missed
Be able to achieve 100% attendance
Be punctual and prepared for learning
