Overview

You will learn about the basic ingredients, skills and knowledge of Italian cookery including pasta making and put them into practice. You will make a typical Italian dinner of pasta carbonara, focaccia and tiramisu.

All materials and equipment will be provided in the course fee and produce can be taken home.

Please bring:

  • containers with you to take your work home
  • your own apron (if you have one)
